How it Works

Approval

Prospective borrower submits loan application along with all supporting documents. We then do our due diligence on both the borrower and project.

Funding

Once approved, funds are sent to escrow or closing attorney to be disbursed at closing.

Pre-Approval

We review the deal summary and determine if the project meets our preliminary lending criteria. 

Deal Summary

Prospective borrower submits to us a one-page deal summary outlining the details of their project.
