As this is asset based loan financing, the underwriting criteria may be adjusted slightly for repeat borrowers who are highly experienced in rehabbing. Good credit is not critical, but NSB Investors 19 Fund will review the borrower’s credit history and rehab experience prior to initial lending, and then periodically afterwards. This offers flexibility for the borrower and safety for the rehab loan. We offer an alternative to traditional hard money lenders by truly understanding the needs of our borrowers.
